The Green Giant has it's humble beginnings as a mid eighties silver Giant RS920 that I picked up for $25 at a yard sale. This is how it looked when I first had it. It was OK for a cruising the beach with it's tall stem and handlebars...
But that just wasn't for my liking.
After the new paint scheme here I'm in the process of running new cables and brakes on the New Green Giant
Just for Kicks I put the Ho Ho Ho on the seat tube of Green Giant
Here you see the new upgraded calipers and what Green Giant would be complete without "Lil' Sprout" also all the lugs were painted gold to match the lettering
And of course to let everyone know it's "The Green Giant".
So I kept the riser stem but changed out the seat and replaced the trunk bag with a saddle bag.
So with a few coats of Mercedes metallic green paint and some new decals you have "The Green Giant"
