Hi, I'm Jeff Dec, I reside in sunny South Florida just west of Fort Lauderdale in Plantation. I'm a member of the South Broward Wheeler cycling club http://www.southbrowardwheelers.com/ ( Road Biking ) and Club Mud http://clubmud.com/ ( Mountain Biking ). I try to hit the roads every weekend, weather permitting, on my clubs 40 mile road rides with an occasional metric and regular century tossed in every now and then.
Most of the time I'm a Contractor but this is what I do in my spare time, I restore bikes and ride them. The picture above is from the Maroone MS 150 ride from Kendall to Key Largo. The picture below is from the first ADA Tour de Cure Century in South Florida. I enjoy long distance rides as they give me a chance to reflect alone and to challenge myself to complete the route.
Oh yeah I did mention Club Mud so I'll let you see my ride for the trails, a 2001 Cannondale Super V w/ Magura Discs, FSA crankset, and XTR components. Also Hutchinson Python Tubeless on Mavic Rims.
